Overall 3 Story 4 Animation 6 Sound 8 Character 1 Enjoyment 3 This anime is one that has a lot of good surrounding it by word of mouth, and every once in a while you hear someone say it was meh or not worth watching. Whether they are just too generic, too perfect, or in this case, too pathetic. If you like the Story of Mirai Nikki then you will surely like Big Order! Sometimes you want her to do something insane and at others your shocked about something insane shes doing. Even though I'm a sucker for thrillers if there's nothing to hold it up, not even a simple plot that can be explained in a few words, then I won't enjoy it.

The issue with this is that it takes a very simplistic cause-and-effect perspective of people, and viewers who are looking for a more realistic depiction may point to this as a fault of the show. Since the anime never even tries to further explore such an important character, allow me to ask some questions: how did he or any of the diary holders meet Deus? Let me tell you something about this guy: he might just be one of the worst written characters I have ever seen. What irks me is that why does the bloody author chooses the idiot to be the protagonist. Overall 9 - Mirai Nikki is a great and unique story, the characters are excellent especially Yuno, who is one of the most unique characters ive ever seen in an anime. Shes also one of the most unique characters I've ever seen in an anime. The bloodbath scenes are the ones that look the most realistic and it's obvious that the animators took their most time in animating these. In a survival game where you have to kill people, I understand why a middle schooler would be hesitant. The twelve are to fight against each other until one remains standing.

I disagree with the part about Yuki being the lone voice of reason in a sea of chaotic blood because this is somewhat justified in the end without spoiling anything. I should have read your entire content first but was afraid it reveals too much. If you lose, you die. No-one normal would stay frosty after being dragged into a survival game full of maniacs. Voice acting-wise, everyone does a solid, consistent job, except for Yuno's seiyuu. As a warning to those that there is a difference. I have so many problems with scenes or ways characters handle things that I could write a spoiled version of this review and it would be twice as long, but I won't. Both parties battle to protect or kill the third world's Yuno and her parents. Sake Esuno, the original content creator's solution to this? Leave it to Asread to surprise us with nudity and fanservice in the most unlikely of anime.

The structure of the show is thus very generic for a thriller, and the subjects it deals with are not treated with the amount of tact necessary to take them seriously. Written by I still have no idea how to feel about this show. The first opening theme is my favorite song of all of them and does a perfect job of maintaining the feel of the anime. The thing that made this show bearable, however, was Minene and Akise, who were probably the two most interesting characters in this show for me. All of these elements are able to keep audience members at the edge of their seats because even though someone will inevitably die, what draws the most attention is not if but how the diary owners will reach their end. Keep in mind, a manga page would contain anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute and a half of anime screen time. But there's more to the girl than meets the eye, as she might have other plans for her unrequited love. So why did a bunch of characters with messed up lives get chosen to be diary holders, and then someone like Yuki I won't focus on the Eighth who lives a completely normal life gets chosen as well? Personally though, I loved the show- I thought it dealt with some really realistic yet tragic topics like the ones you mentioned but the humour was light enough to keep things relatively bearable. The development that does occur for a few of our characters is written or presented pretty poorly with very little reasons to back it up. Why did Deus even listen to this obviously crazy man? Nevertheless, both anime share a lot of similarities, more than you could have expected. The aim of this game is to eliminate the other diary holders, the winner succeeding Deus as god and can prevent the. Yukiteru and Yuno reunite as gods of the second world and eternal lovers.

Below is the opening sequence for the show: Story and Structure During the opening moments of the show, a young girl is seen trapped inside a cage while someone in the dark murders her with an axe. Yuno also makes it a point to confess her love for Yukiteru, by showing him her future diary, which tells her everything there is to know about Yukiteru, perfect for a stalker, as she has been doing for the past year. Minene got more screentime then most of the diary holders and was actually tolerable, while Akise held that intelligent personality that always spices up a show for me. The music generally goes very well with the scenes that its played over, especially when Yuno does something awesome.
